One of the Real Estate Foundation's primary roles is to acquire and develop real estate for William & 玛丽. The Foundation acquires real estate in a variety of ways: by purchase, by transfer from William & 玛丽 and other grantors affiliated with William & 玛丽, and by gifts from outside donors.
