Forms
The OGS uses DocuSign for the signing and processing of nearly all its forms. For assistance with DocuSign, please visit W&M's IT page on DocuSign.
Please note that any forms submitted in DocuSign that have been inactive for at least 30 days will be deleted and the form will need to be resubmitted.
Any remaining PDF forms will continue to be submitted via a W&M email address to dean-gsr@wm.edu.
