Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg April 15-17

The session will begin with a meeting of the Committee on Administration at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 6:30 p.m. The Board will attend a dinner Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, April 16, committee meetings will begin at 8a.m. in Blow Hall and are scheduled to conclude by 2:15 p.m. The Board will then travel to William & 玛丽's Virginia Institute of Marine Science in Gloucester Point for a tour and then 4 p.m. dedication ceremony for Andrews Hall and the Seawater Research Laboratory. The event is scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. and the Board will return to the Williamsburg campus to attend a faculty reception and dinner Thursday evening in the Courtyard at the Sir Christopher Wren Building on campus.
On Friday, April 17, the meetings will reconvene at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 1:00 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
