W&M BOV to meet Nov. 18-20
On Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, the Board will attend a dinner at 6:45 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
The Board will begin committee meetings at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The Board will attend a lunch with student leaders at 12:30 p.m. on the second floor of Blow Hall. Committee meetings will begin again at 1:45 p.m. and conclude by 5 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. at William and 玛丽 Hall prior to the basketball game against the University of Richmond beginning at 7 p.m.
On Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, the meetings will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:30 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
