Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg February 1-3, 2012

On Wednesday, Feb.1, the committee meetings will begin at 4:30 p.m. and be held in the Rector’s Office and the Board Conference Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court in Williamsburg, Va.
The Board will begin committee meetings at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2, in Blow Hall. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 12:30 p.m. The Board of Visitors will then attend a lunch with board members of the Alumni Association and the William & 玛丽 Foundation in the Dogwood Room of the School of Education at 301 Monticello Avenue. Following lunch, the three boards will hold a meeting in the Matoaka Woods Room at the School of Education. The joint meeting will begin at 2 p.m. and break at approximately 5:30 p.m. The boards will then attend a reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Brinkley Commons at Miller Hall, home to the School of Business and located at 101 Ukrop Way.
On Friday, Feb. 3, the Board’s committee meetings will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by noon.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
