BOV to meet in Williamsburg and Petersburg Nov. 28-30

Committee meetings will begin at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 in Williamsburg, Va., in Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings will conclude by 6:15 p.m., and the Board will attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, Nov. 29, the meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Richard Bland College in Petersburg with a campus tour followed by the Richard Bland College Committee in Room 104 of James B. McNeer Hall, located at 11301 Johnson Road. Following lunch, the Board will return to Williamsburg and reconvene at 2 p.m. in the Board room at Blow Hall. Meetings on Thursday are expected to conclude by 5:30 p.m. The Board will then take part in a reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Board member Charles Banks, located at 5631 White Hall Road in Gloucester, Va.
On Friday, Nov. 30, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a lunch with students organized by the William & 玛丽 Student Assembly in Blow Hall room 201.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
