W&M Board of Visitors to Meet in Williamsburg on November 18-19

Committee meetings will begin at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday November 18, and the Board will have lunch at approximately noon. At 12:45 p.m., the Board will meet with student and staff representatives at the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center, located at 240 Gooch Drive. At approximately 2 p.m., the Board will resume meetings at the Alumni House and should conclude at 5:30 p.m. At 6 p.m., the Board will attend a reception and dinner in Brinkley Commons of Alan B. Miller Hall, located at 101 Ukrop Way.
On Friday November 19, Committee meetings will resume at 8:30 a.m., in the Alumni House, followed by a meeting of the full Board at 9:45 a.m., to conclude approximately by noon, immediately followed by lunch. At 1 p.m., members of the Board will visit the Global Research Institute, located at 427 Scotland Street.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
