About Pamela

Pamela became Chief Compliance Officer for William & 玛丽 in 2019 and serves as the Acting Title IX Coordinator. She was designated as the university's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer in July 2022. As Chief Compliance Officer, Pamela oversees all aspects of ensuring the university's commitment to a culture of compliance and ethics.  The Office of Compliance & Equity is responsible for internal investigations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, compliance with the federal regulations of Title IX and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Violence Against Women Act, and Clery Act, response to external agencies, and policy development and maintenance for the university.  OC&E also is responsible for responding to requests for records of the university by citizens of the Commonwealth and members of the media.
