IIC Directors Welcome W&M Year of the Environment
We are pleased to announce that on February 7th, 2025, William & 玛丽 launched its Year of the Environment, a declaration that marks W&M’s commitment to biodiversity conservation, climate resiliency, healthy ecosystems, and healthy communities.
W&M’s Year of the Environment is future-focused and aligned with the Institute for Integrative Conservation (IIC) vision of “a future in which people and nature are inextricably, equitably, and justly connected, and the natural environment thrives for current and future generations”.
The IIC vision comes alive in 2025 as W&M hosts special events convening around environmental themes and spotlights environmental initiatives, many which the IIC leads or collaborates on.
