Track Official Transcript Requests through Clearinghouse

Transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic delivery is the preferred delivery method if at all possible for your request. If you have questions about your transcript request, please contact [[w|transcripts]].

The transcript is the complete record of all academic work attempted at William & 玛丽, regardless of degree-seeking status or program level. The university does not provide official transcripts that segregate individual courses, schools, terms or levels.

Requests for transcripts are typically processed within two business days ( delivery time may vary for mailed transcripts). Additional time is required for requests of student records prior to Fall 2003 and for requests made at the end of the semester.
