Care Team
William & 玛丽 promotes and supports community wellbeing by helping to identify student needs and concerns through our Care Concern system. Anyone can submit a Care Concern, and that concern will be processed by the Care Support Services office and assigned for follow-up to a trained student support professional. These professional staff will reach out to students and invite them to meet, learn about, and connect to resources across campus to enrich their personal and academic wellbeing.
Some concerns may present with more complexity and with the potential of a larger impact to the community. Care Support Services staff can refer these concerns to the Care Team for a more collaborative approach. The Care Team is comprised of professionals across campus who gather weekly to discuss how best to support students and maintain an optimal educational and communal environment for all.
Mission Statement
The Care Team adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to evaluate student wellbeing concerns and recommend tailored interventions and resources with the aim of promoting student and community success.
