If you are with a Recognized Student Organization (RSO), now is the time to plan for your group's event(s) and space needs for Fall 2025. The online space request form will be available Monday, March 17th – Sunday, March 30th. Please submit ALL requests for the Fall semester during this time.

Dates to keep in mind when scheduling for Fall 2025

First Day of Classes: August 27th
Labor Day: September 1st
Family Weekend: October 3rd - 5th
Fall Break: October 9th - 12th
Homecoming: October 16th - 19th
Election Day: November 4th
Thanksgiving Break: November 26th – November 30th
Last Day of Classes: December 5th
