Zable Stadium East Locker Room Renovations
The renovations of the east side of Zable Stadium will modernize and update the men's and women's track locker rooms. The project will also improve indoor air quality and ventilation in the spaces, include the installation of mini-split mechanical systems, and waterproof the east grandstands.

Progress
Bids were received in November 2024 and with the cost being within budget, a contract was awarded to GC Commercial in December 2024. Renovations of the locker rooms will extend through April 2025 and will include mechanical connections to central utilities. The scope of work also includes repairs and waterproofing of the stadium’s east grandstands. Selective demolition is ongoing.
