Residents should select the appropriate option below to regain entry if an RA is unavailable. Your student ID will be required. Note that while the first lockout of the academic year is free, each subsequent lockout will be a $40.00 fee assessed to your student account.

Please review the respective procedure for the day and time you are locked out.

Winter Break through 8am on Friday, January 17, 2025

Call the Lockout Line at 757-221-5625.
The regular Lockout Line procedures listed below resume at 8am on Friday, January 17 ,2025.

Monday (after 8am) through Friday

Time	Procedure
8am - 5pm	Go to the Residence Life office at 230 Gooch Drive or call 757-221-4314.
5pm - 6pm	Contact your RA or wait until the duty office opens at 6pm.
6pm - 7am	Call or visit your assigned duty office for assistance.

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or Monday (before 8am)
