Reviewing Available Graduate Assistant Positions

• All open and available Graduate Assistant positions in the Division of Student Affairs will be posted online no later than Monday, February 3, 2025. Please read through the position descriptions carefully.

• A Webinar will be hosted on February 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. where you can get an overview of all available positions.

Signing Up for Interviews

• You will receive communication from the School of Education on how to sign up for interviews beginning February 10, 2025.
• All booking links will be available on the Student Affairs Graduate Assistantships Website beginning February 10, 2025.
• There is no limit to how many positions you can interview.
• Please note that offices with an open Graduate Assistant position may begin reaching out to you on February 10, as well, requesting that you consider scheduling an interview with them. You are welcome to accept or reject that invitation.
• All interviews should be on Monday, February 24 or Tuesday, February 25 in the following time blocks.

 How does the Matching Process work:

• After you have completed your interviews, you will be asked to complete a ranking form. You can rank Graduate Assistant positions you would be willing to accept employment. You may provide additional information in the ranking forms.  This form is due on Friday, February 28.
• Each office will also complete their own ranking form of candidates they interview.
• The school of Education and the Division of Student Affairs will collect all rankings and then begin the matching process.
• The School of Education will notify any accepted graduate student of a match on Thursday, March 7, 2025.
• If students and departments do not find a match through the initial interview phase, then offices will hold additional interviews between March 10-March 21 with the goal of matching all interested students with a Graduate Assistant position.
