Full Description
An update on the first phase of the 10-year plan, including adding a third residence hall to join Lemon and Hardy halls and redeveloping the West Campus in the area of Yates and Randolph. Since the plan was unveiled, the university has completed a competitive procurement process to identify a developer and is entering into a short-term pre-development agreement to kickstart formal design and site work and allow the parties to pursue financing. Construction is expected to begin in September 2023.
